Some problems can seem larger than they are. We need to get above them and see them from another perspective.
That’s difficult to do because we when we think about them, we always see it the same way. We may avoid thinking about it because that just makes us feel worse. Many say, why talk about it, that doesn’t help. However, you have not talked but thought about it. If you talk to someone who can see it from a different perspective, that helps shift thoughts in another more insightful direction and that’s the road to real change.

I graduated from the State University of NY at Stony Brook with BA in Psychology, I have an MA from Aliant University in CA in Marriage and Family Therapy. I attended San Diego State University for certification as a school psychologist. I completed a Professional Diploma (PD) in Educational Administration. I obtained my Doctoral degree in Psychology from Walden University in Health psychology. I have a Post Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Hofstra University in NY.
